  From start to finish, my experience was superb. Living on the island of Martha's Vineyard, it is very hard to shop for a car. Between the boat, reservations, driving, not to forget the cost it takes to transport; it can get very frustrating having to coordinate so many appointments to fit into the 12 hours the boat runs for the day. I was in the market for a very specific Audi A4 Avant. The car has been discontinued since 2011, so finding one that an owner has let go is very hard to find one, but Eddie and Tony had one. After shopping for a year, thousands of ads, hundreds of phone calls, several test drives, and one ALMOST purchase, I came across this dealer. The price was right, and the service was honest. They do not tug or pull at the customer. They know their product and who the serious buyers are. Upon purchasing the vehicle, there was a slight mechanical hick-up, at no fault of the dealer. Just a freak random "one in a million" accident. These guys JUMPED to help this poor kid from the Vineyard. Not only did the owner, Eddie, come to my location in Needham to assist me and calm me down, but then Tony drove the car to the Steamship Authority in Woods Hole at no additional charge to hand deliver the car himself! I couldn't get over it. Their reaction and handling of the situation, from my initial inquiry to the delivery was paternal. These guys take care of their product and they customers, and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

  Newton Auto Group is like David to big dealer's Goliath. They are small, but what they lack in size, they make up for in quality and personal service, which is of utmost importance to me. I saw a car I was searching for on their website, I inquired, and they responded quite promptly. I made an appointment and the car was right at the front door waiting for me to test drive. Tony greeted me with a smile and a firm handshake. He cordially answered some preliminary questions and sent me on my way. I found Tony and Eddie to be a pleasure to deal with. He was patient and affable throughout, knowledgeable and helpful. I wanted to trade in my existing vehicle or sell it myself and Tony offered several different scenarios and possible solutions to that dilemma. I thought he went above and beyond what one would normally expect to make my transaction efficient and painless. There was no high pressure whatsoever. I live 30 minutes away from Newton Auto Group, Eddie and Tony was helpful and flexible in accommodating my schedule. In short, it was the easiest car purchase I have ever experienced. They have all nice vehicles there. I recommend Newton Auto Group without reservation.

  A big thank you to Eddie and the entire staff at Newton Auto Group for their commitment to excellence. I was in the market for a specific BMW with specific options. I searched for weeks on my own to no avail. I went to their dealership to look at a similar BMW, however, not exactly what I was looking for. Newton Auto Group offered to locate what I was looking for and actually found it in two days time. All I can say is wow, this BMW is flawless and I could not have asked for a better overall deal. The car was spotless and mechanically excellent, and even though the car is a 2009 model, I feel like I bought a brand new car. They even got my loan approved at 1.9%, when my own bank had me at 4.9%. Working with Eddie and the staff was a real pleasure. In the past I have dreaded the car buying process, however, Newton Auto Group has changed my mind and earned my business for life. Other dealers should take note.

  Great experience. Shopping for a car, especially a used one isn't exactly something someone looks forward to, but the experience I had at Newton Auto Group made it an easy process and one that had great results. I found the exact type of Jeep Wrangler I was looking for on their website for the right price and then set up time with Jade to look at the car. The car was perfect and it checked out in tip-top shape when I took it to an independent Jeep specialist. The real star of this story was Jade. He worked with me even though I was actually the one with the baggage. My bank was being pretty difficult to work with when it came time to arrange the financing. To make matters worse, I was leaving for a nice tropical vacation in two days and didn't have time to deal with endless paperwork. Jade arranged for basically the same great financing I had gotten with my bank with his preferred bank. Not only did he do that, but Jade also made sure to take care of the car while I was away on vacation. I came back a week later and all the insurance, registration, and safety inspection work had already been taken care of, all I had to do was hop in the car and drive away. What a great place: a nice selection of vehicles, trustworthy sales people, and an overall smooth process all around.

  It was the Best in the West, East, North and South. Beautiful Luxury Cars well Equipped and ready to be driven off the lot. I bought a 2009 Lexus, but it is like brand spanking new. It rides like I'm riding on a cloud. Has every option. All the cars in the lot are just like this. BMW, SUV, AUDI'S you name it. The staff is great, and treat you with respect. No pressure sale tactics.
